State of shipment

At the end of the preparation of the order, the Customer will receive an information e-mail from our Customer Service confirming the evasion of the order and entrusting the same to the Corriere. As soon as the shipment has been taken into charge by the latter, it will receive a notification via email with all the details of the shipment directly from the courier.

Shipping data

Giorgio S.r.l. It will use those indicated by the customer as shipping data on the site http://effek.it at the time of purchase in the trolley summary. The only valid data for the purpose of shipping will be those reported in the copy of the order for which the Customer is required to check all data reported in the copy of the order he will receive via email. Giorgio Srl cannot be held responsible for non -delivery or delay of delivery due to incorrect, incomplete addresses or without the indications useful to identify the place of delivery.

Evasion timing

The orders will be processed within 48 working hours of the payment confirmation. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order processing will be longer. The orders were tried from Monday to Friday, with the following time: 8.30 - 13.30 / 15.00 - 18.30. The orders received by 08.30 will be entrusted to the courier on the same day. The orders received after 08.30 will be included in the following shipment.* The orders made during the weekend will be tried starting from the following Monday morning. Finally, if carried out on a public holiday, they will be tried from the next weekday.

Authorized delivery of the shipment

At the time of delivery of the products, the customer is required to carefully inspect the envelope or neck before affixing a trial signature to be delivered to the shipment. If, for any reason, the package should arrive tampered with or if the reporting adhesive is not intact, the customer is asked to sign the receipt with reserve, or to refuse the delivery. In the event that the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there are tests of tampering with the package, the customer is asked to immediately report the incident to the local courier office and to contact us by sending an e-mail to the address customer@fkofficial.it

The service Click and Collect It allows you to place an online order and collect it at one of our selected stores, without any additional cost.

Purchase and withdrawal procedure

1. Added to the cart: The items suitable for the retreat in the store are marked by the wording "available for retreat in the shop" on the product page.
2. Check availability: Once the product is selected, a side menu will appear that will show the shops where the item is available for retreat.
3. Shop selection: The choice of the retreat store will be made during the checkout phase.
4. Confirmation of the order: After completing the order, the Customer will receive a confirmation e-mail. A subsequent communication will be sent as soon as the order is ready for the withdrawal.
5. Collection of the order: To carry out the withdrawal, the customer must go to the selected shop by presenting a valid identity document and the confirmation of the order received via e-mail.

Costs and timing

• Order processing times may vary according to the availability of the items and the selected shop. The customer will be notified as soon as the order is available for withdrawal.

Returned and reimbursements

The items purchased through the service Click and Collect They can be made directly in the shop. However, the refund will be made exclusively through the payment method used during the purchase phase and it will not be possible to receive reimbursements in cash at the store.
