RETURN BY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Our mission is to guarantee customers the highest quality and hygiene for all products purchased on our site. For this reason, we have implemented an additional security measure for all our products.
Return Costs – International Orders
For all international orders, the return shipping costs are always borne by the customer, regardless of the total order value.
We do not offer free returns for international orders.
Returns are only possible via the following procedure:

- Carefully prepare the return following the instructions provided.
- Ship the parcel at your own expense, using a tracked and insured shipping service.
We strongly recommend using a traceable shipment to ensure safe delivery. F**K is not responsible for untracked returns or parcels lost during transport.
Click and Collect Order Return Procedure
Items purchased through the service Click and Collect they must be returned directly to the store. However, the refund will be made exclusively via the payment method used at the time of purchase and it will not be possible to receive cash refunds at the point of sale.
To exercise the withdrawal it is essential that the goods are intact, have not been used and that the object has the original packaging, complete with all tags and any free gifts. We will only refund items returned as instructed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you.
[n.b.: Swimsuits and underwear(Bikinis, slip, boxers, etc.)they can be tried on by wearing your own personal underwear (and after applying the hygienic protection - present inside the package or already applied - in the case of women's/girls' swimsuits). Returns of these items will be refused and returned to the sender if the items show signs of use or the hygiene protection has not been applied at the time of testing.
The price paid at the time of the order will be refunded within 30 days following the return of the goods (deducted from the dossier and customs clearance costs for returns from non-EEC countries). In the case of "partial" withdrawal, only the value of the returned items will be refunded (deducted from the dossier and customs clearance costs for returns from non-EEC countries). The return will be handled within 3-4 working days following the date of receipt of the returned goods at our warehouse. The outcome of the same will be communicated within the same period (acceptance of the conditions of the returned products or not, and transfer of the case to accounting for reimbursement).
Please note that refunds are made using the same payment method chosen in the order. In the case of payment by card, the credit will be issued by restoring the original transaction. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the refund can be issued by bank transfer only to an Italian account and if the account holder corresponds to the order holder (or in any case if it is the same account holder from which the payment was received at the time of the order). Otherwise we will issue a purchase voucher that can be used on the official online shop F**K.
(The right of withdrawal is excluded for possibly customized products.)
RETURN E-GIFT CARD
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
It is not refundable. Following the purchase made using the E-GIFT CARD, you can exercise the right of return for changing size or colour, according to the methods and times indicated above. In the event of a return of the purchase, the E-GIFT CARD will be reactivated with a value equal to the purchase made. If you have had to pay a monetary difference, this will be refunded to the same payment method used to pay the missing amount.
Any communication relating to the use of the E-GIFT CARD can be sent via e-mail to the address orders@fkofficial.it.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
The purchase of the E-GIFT CARD involves the communication of the personal data of the person making the purchase, which will be processed by the owner company in accordance with current legislation on the protection of personal data, as specified in the information provided in the Privacy section.
