The security band is easy to remove, but it is designed not to be reusable once cut.

ATTENTION !!

The products rendered without the original intact and correctly attached band to the head will not be accepted and will be sent back to the sender.

To ensure the authenticity and quality of our products, all items will be provided with a guarantee seal. It is essential that, to be accepted, the return returns with the seal intact and correctly attached to the product.

Please note that they will not be accepted made of products with damaged seals, removed or reattached. Make sure to carefully check the seal before returning the article.

Return procedure

The right of withdrawal to purchase can be exercised without any penalty and within the term14 days from receipt of the goods.

Free rendered for orders over 100 €

If the total value of your order exceeds € 100, the return is completely free.

Rendered for orders lower than € 100

For orders of less than € 100, the cost of the return will be 6 € and will be deducted from the refund amount.

The return is possible only through the following procedure:

  4. Select the article to be made and the quantity and the reason for returning NB: for returns relating to failed or different items from those ordered, the photographic documentation and additional information will be required.
  5. Finalizes the procedure and select Send me a jetty labelNB: if the collection address is different from the delivery address select Change the address
  6. Check you have received an email with your return confirmation and the shipping label. NB if you have not received the email check the unwanted mail.
  7. To organize the return of the return in a simple and quick way, click on the option "Book withdrawal"Present in the e-mail you received. You will be redirected to the GLS portal, where you can choose the day and the most comfortable time for you.

Guest return procedure

To make the request for non -recorded return you can follow the following procedure:

To exercise the withdrawal, it is essential that the assets are intact, have not been used and that the object has the original packaging, equipped with all the cards and any tributes. We will refund only the articles rendered according to the instructions. If your return does not satisfy the listed conditions, the package will be sent to you.

[N.B.: Bathroom costumes and intimate leaders(Bikini, briefs, boxers, etc.)They can be tried by wearing their own personal linen (and upon application of hygienic protection - present within the package or already applied - in the case of a woman/girl swimwear). The return of these articles will be refused and sent back to the sender in the event that the garments have signs of use or hygienic protection should not have been applied at the time of the test.

The price paid at the time of the order will be refunded in the 30 days following the return of the goods (deducted from the expenses of dossier and customs clearance for the return from Extra EEC countries). In the case of "partial" withdrawal, only the value of the rendered garments will be reimbursed (deducted from the expenses of dossier and customs clearance for the return from extra countries EEC). The return will be managed within 3-4 working days following the date of receipt of the goods returned to our warehouse. Within the same term the outcome of the same will be communicated (acceptance of the conditions of the products rendered or not, and the passage of the practice in accounting for the refund).

It should be noted that reimbursements take place through the same payment method chosen in the order. In the case of payment by paper, the re -credited will be issued by restoring the original transaction. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the refund can be issued by bank transfer only on the Italian account and if the account holder corresponds to the holder of the order (or in any case if it is the same holder of the account from which the payment has been received at the time of the order). Otherwise we will emit a voucher that can be used on the official online shop f ** k.

Made e-gift card

Right of withdrawal:

It is not refundable. Following the purchase made through the use of the e-gift card, the right of return can be exercised for change or color change, according to the methods and times indicated above. In the event of a purchase of the purchase, the reactivation of the e-gift card of a equal amount of the purchase made is envisaged. In the event that a monetary difference has had to pay, this will be refunded with the same payment method used to pay the missing amount.

The purchase of the E-Gift Card entails the communication of the personal data of the person who makes the purchase, which will be processed by the company owner in accordance with the current legislation on the protection of personal data, as specified in the information provided in the Privacy section.
