Loyalty Program Terms & Conditions
The Program is a promotional initiative, such as a discount campaign, aimed at promoting and encouraging the purchase of products offered by Giorgio Srl (hereinafter referred to as the “Promoter”). The purchase of products, according to the terms of this Regulation, entitles customers of the website www.fkofficial.it to accumulate credit proportional to the amount spent, use such credit to purchase other products through the same sales channels, as well as receive a permanent 10% discount.
Program Duration
The Program is valid from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, with the final date to request discount vouchers set for January 31, 2026. The Promoter reserves the right to extend the duration of the Program upon its expiry, by notifying customers in advance.
Card Activation and Welcome Discount
The card can be activated and used online on the website www.fkofficial.it by registering an account.
After registration, customers will receive a 10% discount on the total amount of their first purchase, excluding already discounted, promotional or sale items.
During registration, a privacy notice regarding the processing of personal data will be provided and can be viewed at any time at https://fkofficial.it/policies/privacy-policy.
How the Program Works
The Loyalty Program entitles the cardholder, who during the validity period of the campaign has made purchases with the Promoter for a total amount of three hundred euros (€300.00), even across multiple orders, to receive a free credit equal to 10% of the total amount spent and to use that credit to purchase other products from the Promoter, as well as a permanent 10% discount valid until the end of the campaign.
Failure to access the website using personal login credentials will prevent the registration of purchases and therefore the updating of the total accumulated amount on the Card.
Once the spending threshold has been reached, the Cardholder will be credited with an amount equal to the percentage of the total accumulated spend, and may use that credit to purchase other products from the Promoter, even on multiple occasions, until the credit is fully used. Credit may also be used as partial payment: if the available credit on the Card is not sufficient to cover the value of the selected products, the remaining amount can be paid using the payment methods accepted by the Promoter.
The accumulated credit on the Card does not entitle the holder to cash refunds and does not generate interest. The Promoter is not responsible for the fraudulent use of the benefits derived from this Loyalty Campaign.
Withdrawal from the Program
The Customer may withdraw from the Program at any time. Withdrawal must be communicated by writing to: customer@fkofficial.it. Upon withdrawal from the Program, any accumulated points will be lost.
Applicable Law and Legal Notes
This promotion does not constitute a prize contest pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, letters c) and c-bis) of Presidential Decree 430 of 26 October 2001. Any disputes arising from or connected to these Terms shall be subject to a mandatory conciliation attempt before the conciliation body of the Chamber of Commerce of the Customer's place of residence. If conciliation fails, jurisdiction will lie with the court of the Customer’s place of residence, in accordance with applicable civil procedure laws.
